Terms of Service

By registering for any course or service offered by IRONPIT ("The Tools") operated by Liam O'Donnell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register or participate in our courses.

Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full. Seats are limited and held on a first-paid basis. Course pricing is as listed: Concealed Carry Course — $215; Renewal Course — $115; Private Shooting Lesson — $85.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled class date may be eligible for a credit toward a future class. Cancellations within 7 days of the class date are non-refundable. IRONPIT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes; in such cases, full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enroll in the Illinois CCL Concealed Carry Course, consistent with Illinois state law. Exceptions apply for individuals aged 18-20 who qualify under specific state exemptions. Proof of age may be required.

All participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by the instructor at all times. Failure to follow safety protocols will result in immediate removal from the course without refund. IRONPIT maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe firearms handling.

IRONPIT and Liam O'Donnell are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or arising from participation in our courses, except in cases of gross negligence. Participants voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with firearms training.

All courses are conducted in compliance with applicable Illinois state laws and regulations governing CCL instruction. Completion of a course does not guarantee issuance of an Illinois Concealed Carry License — licensure is determined solely by the State of Illinois.
